📋 Description

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders and sponsors to drive value
• Guide customers through architecture designs for SaaS, API, SSO, and security
• Stay current with ML lifecycle to help build AI apps where training data is code
• Provide mentorship with knowledge of Labelbox products and solutions
• Partner with Account Executives to identify growth and forecast renewals
• Manage onboarding and implementation for highly technical customers

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in CS/Engineering/Math/AI fields
• 2+ years of professional experience in a related field
• Proficiency in Python and data analysis
• Prior experience leading LLM projects
• Exceptional communication to convey complex concepts clearly
• Strong project management and organizational skills
