Associate Forward-Deployed Product Manager

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day client communications, including question handling, escalation management, and
• Drive project execution and tracking: coordinate with the internal development team, maintain
• Analyze client data to surface gaps, discrepancies, and risks, and support the Senior PM and
• Validate every release before it reaches the client, coordinate client testing and sign-off, and
• Create training materials and deliver training so client teams are set up to operate the platform
• Develop deep knowledge of the Tailor platform and translate client feedback into product insights

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in product management in either big tech or a startup, and/or management
• Proven customer-facing experience, comfortable in front of both technical and non-technical
• Sharp, structured thinker who is comfortable with ambiguity and eager to learn and grow
• Ownership mindset with an appetite for operational and technical detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with data analysis tools and AI-driven workflows
