📋 Description

• Investigate suspected Account Takeover (ATO) and identity fraud cases.
• Verify customer identities and assess unusual access attempts.
• Secure compromised accounts and support recovery processes.
• Communicate with affected customers with empathy throughout resolution.
• Manage multiple investigations with accuracy and SLAs.
• Identify emerging fraud patterns and contribute to prevention efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year direct fraud investigation experience (ATO or identity verification).
• Understanding of fraud management frameworks and prevention controls.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, interpret data.
• Attention to detail and ability to spot anomalies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Customer-focused with empathy in sensitive situations.
