Associate, Fund Operations

📋 Description

• Join the Fund Operations team and execute on daily fund accounting and capital activity processes
• Own NAV-related tasks including expense reviews, P&L verification, and cash and position
• Process capital activity for alternative funds, including subscriptions, redemptions
• Handle in-kind and mutual fund transfer transactions within Fundserv, acting as a subject matter
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Compliance, Product, Trading, and Engineering to ensure accuracy
• Respond to client inquiries and prepare ad-hoc reports

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience at a fund management or fund administration company, with exposure to NAV
• Experience through a full fund accounting cycle, including trade execution, positions, bank
• Strong Excel skills, with SQL or other programming experience considered a plus, along with
• Strong business judgment, comfort working with large datasets under tight deadlines, and a genuine
