Associate General Counsel

📋 Description

• Negotiate, draft, review, and manage SaaS, licensing, and tech agreements.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to business leaders and sales teams.
• Advise HR on employment matters, including recruitment and employee relations.
• Develop and maintain legal processes, templates, playbooks, and policies.
• Support legal operations with AI tools and workflow automation.
• Advise on privacy, data protection, AI governance, and risk management.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant legal experience in law firm and/or in-house.
• Juris Doctor and active bar membership in good standing.
• Experience negotiating SaaS, licensing, and technology contracts.
• Experience advising on employment law matters with HR/People teams.
• Strong understanding of privacy, compliance, governance, and risk management.
• Experience leveraging AI tools or legal tech to improve workflows.
