JD and active bar membership (CA preferred)
In-house and/or law firm leadership experience
Experience with HR, Product, and Privacy regulatory considerations
Deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory frameworks (incl. CA laws) and regulatory bodies
Ability to navigate fast-paced, evolving environments with data-driven decision making
