Associate General Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide strategic legal counsel on employment and labor matters, including employee relations
• Oversee the organization's litigation portfolio, develop case strategies in collaboration with
• Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on complex commercial agreements and significant contractual
• Advise leadership on applicable legal and regulatory obligations, support audits and
• Supervise and provide strategic direction to the Privacy Officer & Corporate Counsel; support
• Serve as a trusted legal partner to senior leadership on significant business decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in
• At least seven years of progressively responsible legal experience, with ten or more years
• Previous in-house counsel experience, with the ability to independently manage complex legal
• Demonstrated experience overseeing litigation strategy, managing outside counsel relationships and
• Experience supervising attorneys or legal staff, managing competing priorities, and contributing to
• Experience advising on employment regulations and broader compliance obligations; background in
