📋 Description

• Formulate and execute regional legal strategy aligned with global objectives
• Serve as primary legal advisor to APAC leadership on high-stakes ventures
• Oversee corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and government relations across APAC
• Navigate multijurisdictional regulatory landscapes including data privacy and finance rules
• Manage disputes, employment matters, and corporate transactions with external counsel
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional legal team

🎯 Requirements

• Professionally qualified lawyer in Singapore or another major common law jurisdiction
• Minimum of twelve years leading regional matters in-house
• Deep knowledge of APAC regulatory environments across key markets
• Proven track record managing distributed legal teams across multiple jurisdictions
• Outstanding commercial acumen balancing compliance with growth
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management across regional ops and HQ
