Associate General Counsel

📋 Description

• Provide strategic legal advice to organizational leadership and business stakeholders
• Manage legal risk and compliance across operational areas including compliance, privacy
• Draft and negotiate contracts, structure transactions, and prepare complex commercial agreements
• Advise on data privacy and intellectual property rights and related legal obligations
• Support corporate governance and organizational policies
• Manage litigation-related matters and coordinate responses and risk mitigation strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of legal experience in compliance, intellectual property, data privacy, legal
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-approved law school and active membership in a state bar
• In-depth knowledge in one or more key legal disciplines, applied in a technology-driven or
• Ability to translate complex legal concepts into actionable business advice
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with risk management mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
