Associate General Counsel, Commercial (Infrastructure)

📋 Description

• Own commercial legal strategy and risk management for OpenAI infrastructure transactions.
• Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex infrastructure agreements with suppliers and partners.
• Support strategic partnerships involving AI infrastructure and hardware supply chains.
• Develop frameworks for procurement, licensing, and collaboration across the infrastructure ecosystem.
• Partner with finance/ops to align contracts with business and compliance.
• Collaborate on policy/regulatory issues affecting global supply chains and manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of legal experience in technology transactions and contracts.
• Have a JD and license or qualification to practice in CA.
• A mix of in-house and top-tier law firm experience.
• Expertise negotiating agreements in the infrastructure domain.
• Familiarity with global supply chains and infrastructure/manufacturing transactions.
• Autonomous, sound judgment in technically fast-moving environments.
