• Provide strategic guidance on licensing and regulatory matters.
• Draft and review global product terms and disclosures.

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school and bar admission.
• 10+ years of legal experience in regulated fintech.
• Expertise in payments regulation and digital asset custody.
• In-house experience at a fintech or digital asset company.
• Track record launching regulated financial products across jurisdictions.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
