Associate General Counsel, Director

📋 Description

• Own and negotiate enterprise, SaaS, and vendor agreements.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice to internal teams.
• Lead strategic initiatives; structure products, partnerships, and go-to-market models.
• Lead legal support for enterprise deals and related privacy, security, and compliance questions.
• Draft, maintain, and improve standard agreements and negotiation playbooks.
• Develop and improve contracting and legal intake processes to speed deals.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar in at least one U.S. state.
• Approximately 6+ years in relevant law, with extensive commercial contracting.
• Draft and negotiate sophisticated B2B agreements.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, technology, privacy and data protection.
• Experience with marketplaces, payments, or channel partnerships.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; excellent judgment.
