Associate General Counsel (Director), Employment

📋 Description

• Lead and advise on the full spectrum of employment matters — with particular emphasis on
• Monitor and interpret changes in employment laws and regulations; proactively recommend and
• Provide legal oversight for workplace investigations, including sensitive, complex, or
• Serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership and Centers of Excellence on employee lifecycle and
• Manage, own and support responses to employee escalations, employment demand letters, and
• Collaborate with the employment litigation team, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years legal experience, including a senior leadership progression; experience in high-technology
• Proven expertise in federal employment law and multi-state regulations, with a deep working
• Strong record of leading and media complex investigations.
• Demonstrated ability to carry out and resolve complex and timely justice matters.
• Exceptional legal research, writing and communication skills and the ability to transmit legal
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.
