📋 Description

• Serve as product counsel for the life sciences team across design, development, deployment.
• Support go-to-market activities: drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Drive zero-to-one development of our Life Sciences legal strategy.
• Provide practical guidance on regulatory, privacy, and compliance (HIPAA/CCPA).
• Advise on healthcare regulatory compliance (FDA, FTC, FCA, AKS) and state laws.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align and mitigate risk.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of legal experience, including 2+ years in life sciences.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical/biotech products.
• Translate regulatory concepts into practical guidance.
• Comfort juggling many projects with tight timelines.
• Independent worker with business judgment and autonomy.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with technical, design, and commercial teams.
