Associate General Counsel, Product

📋 Description

• Serve as a primary legal advisor for product, engineering, clinical, privacy, compliance
• Advise throughout the product lifecycle, including strategy, design, testing, launch
• Provide practical guidance on healthcare regulation, HIPAA, data use, privacy, clinical workflows
• Identify, prioritize, and clearly communicate material legal risks, options, and recommendations
• Support medical-entity governance, friendly-PC structures, and related intercompany arrangements
• Develop scalable legal processes, playbooks, templates, training, and decision frameworks

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active license to practice law and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
• 8+ years of legal counseling experience, including significant in-house or embedded
