🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing with at least one U.S.
• 8+ years of relevant legal experience gained at a leading law firm and/or within an in-house legal
• Significant experience advising on regulatory compliance associated with the manufacture
• Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and executing sophisticated technology transactions
• Ability to work across both regulatory and transactional matters, with the flexibility and
• Strong judgment and comfort navigating novel legal questions, ambiguity, and emerging technologies
