Associate General Counsel (Project Finance)

📋 Description

• Provide legal support for financing, construction, and operation of projects
• Lead and execute project finance and equity transactions (debt, tax equity)
• Anticipate issues and assess risks strategically
• Negotiate definitive docs; manage project closings with outside counsel and internal teams
• Develop relationships with external lawyers and balance usage, efficiency, and cost

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years in corporate work, M&A, debt and equity financing at a top law firm or corporate legal department.
• Commercial contracts experience: reviewing, drafting, negotiating.
• Experience managing and documenting complex transactions.
• Ability to identify practical solutions to complex business and legal problems.
• Admitted in any US jurisdiction.
