Associate Global Product Manager - Consumables and Accessories

📋 Description

• Lead portfolio lifecycle for Consumables & Accessories from inception to end of life.
• Create global product plans: value prop, positioning, forecasting, P&L.
• Develop product requirements with engineering & operations; cross-functional alignment.
• Build go-to-market strategy with timelines, merchandising, marketing, and EOL.
• Monitor portfolio performance and adjust based on KPIs.
• Present portfolio updates to key stakeholders with internal decks.

🎯 Requirements

• Live in Salt Lake City metro area; in-office 4-5 days/week; no international relocation.
• MBA preferred or bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years in Consumer Product Management and/or Consumer Brand Management.
• CPG experience highly desired.
• Strategic thinker; able to drive product strategy in non-structured environments; entrepreneurial.
• Excellent communication and data-driven decisions; use sales data, consumer research, and market reports.
