📋 Description

• Own GrabMart fleet management by ensuring smooth day-to-day fleet operations, monitoring driver
• Partner closely with the regional driver product team and cross-functional stakeholders to address
• Support GrabMart and GrabExpress strategy, from ideation and planning through execution, by
• Drive the execution of strategic plans and operational initiatives across GrabMart and GrabExpress

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace
• You can throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached.
• Passionate and able to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while being deliver tasks.
• You can invent structural thinking framework and simplify into relevant action plans.
• You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, basic SQL is a plus.
