• Schedule and expedite site inspections with inspectors nationwide.
• Organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines; communicate with outsiders.
• Obtain pending documents and update systems with lender/contractor data.
• Communicate with clients via email.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent written communication with correct grammar.
• Strong business email etiquette; read/respond to client emails.
• Fluent English, clear verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and cognitive skills.
