Associate GTM Engineer

📋 Description

• Support intake & requirements: Work with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS to document workflow
• Build and ship workflows: Use GPT-4, Claude, n8n, Clay, Exa, and similar tools to build and test
• Apply sound design practices: Work backward from the desired outcome using critical thinking and UX
• Support pilots and enablement: Help roll out workflows with GTM teams, gather rep and CSM feedback
• Track results: Report on hours saved, pipeline influenced, and conversion lifts for the workflows

• 2+ years in RevOps, GTM strategy, sales, or a technical/engineering role within B2B SaaS GTM
• Demonstrated success building or supporting AI automation into GTM workflows (lead scoring
