📋 Description

• Keep pipeline in Ashby accurate and moving: advance candidates through stages, keep data clean
• Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers, interviewers, and candidates in multiple
• Give every candidate clear, timely communication and a great experience, even when volume is high
• Spot friction in the hiring process early and suggest a fix
• Use AI every day to draft outreach, summarize interview notes, and speed up research
• Help source and screen candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, AI tools like Claude and Juicebox, and

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or another candidate- or client-facing role; SDR/BDR
• Comfortable doing a high volume of outreach and following up until you get a response
• Highly organized, catching what's off before it becomes a problem
• Strong written communication
• Trustworthy with sensitive compensation and candidate information
• Low ego and high curiosity
