Associate HR Analyst - APAC

📋 Description

• Support the Regional HRBP in submitting hiring requests to TA through Workday
• Share regular updates with the Regional HRBP on hiring status and flag any potential hiring risks
• Coordinate and facilitate welcome meetings and inductions for new hires
• Ensure hiring managers take an active role in a standardized onboarding and induction template, and
• Conduct the scheduled check-in meetings with new employees and their managers; document key
• Track onboarding and offboarding processes: documentation, system updates, coordination with legal

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Human Resources (Human Resource Management), Labor Relations, Organizational
• 1 to 3 years of HR experience in dynamic, fast-moving environments (for example HR operations, HR
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday experience is a strong plus)
• Exposure to multi-country HR operations is valued but not mandatory
• Advanced English, written and spoken
• Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Slides): advanced level required
