Process backend transactions related to General Employee Queries, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation
Learn and perform newly transitioned processes; gain subject matter expertise
Adhere to and demonstrate high proficiency in agreed critical metrics and SLAs
Assist in building and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for Case Management
Deliver high-quality and consistent service to internal customers following SOPs
Partner in Data Management tasks like Audits, Reporting, Data Entry/Update

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in HR Operations or Shared Services for Americas region
HR Operations expertise with attention to detail and process adherence
Self-starter, intrinsically motivated
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
Open to 24x7 role and shift work (6PM-2AM)
Agile, able to work in ambiguous environments
