Associate HRBP

📋 Description

• Partner with HRBP Lead to support leaders and managers across assigned business groups.
• Help prepare leaders for performance reviews, calibration sessions, and employee conversations.
• Support organizational design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Assist with change management, team restructures, and organizational communications.
• Drive employee engagement survey administration and action planning.
• Support employee listening strategies including focus groups and pulse surveys.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–6+ years in HR, People Ops, or HRBP-related role.
• Experience partnering with managers on employee relations and performance management.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a high-growth technology company preferred.
