📋 Description

• Lead the full life cycle of initial and subsequent client deployments for software licensed by
• Manage client expectations, meet timelines, and act as a liaison between the client and other
• Educate clients on software capabilities and communicate customer enhancement ideas to the Product
• Gather core credentials, third-party credentials, product requirements, and client documents.
• Provide and review product workbooks.
• Review and troubleshoot third-party issues.

• Entry-level professional within the subject area.
• Requires basic skill set and proficiency.
• Will conduct work assignments as directed.
• Bachelor’s degree and 0-2 years of professional experience.
• Ability to perform client/third-party onboarding activities.
• Ability to shadow and assist SIS in configuration and UAT implementation activities.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range: $62,696 – $70,500 per year.
