Associate, Infrastructure Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Support planning by gathering data, running comparisons, and preparing leadership materials.
• Build trackers and dashboards to monitor deployments, vendor pipelines, and compute usage.
• Develop frameworks for infrastructure sourcing decisions with Finance & Infra Eng.
• Run ad hoc analyses to support capacity planning decisions.
• Research and evaluate data center sites and energy sourcing options.
• Take on ad hoc analytical projects with speed and minimal direction.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in management consulting, operations, strategy, or similar analytical role.
• Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; SQL or data visualization; experience with AI tools (Claude Code, Codex).
• Strong quantitative skills with a data-driven approach; build analyses from scratch.
• Ability to learn quickly in unfamiliar territory.
• Organized, detail-oriented; manage multiple workstreams and keep data current.
• Clear communicator; present data to technical and non-technical audiences.
