📋 Description

• Develop and refine e-learning courses from SME content.
• Apply instructional design principles and adult learning concepts.
• Ensure materials align with brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Review and update content based on stakeholder/product feedback.
• Perform QA checks for accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Participate in peer reviews and provide feedback on others' courses.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in e-learning/digital training.
• Advanced Articulate Storyline 360 experience and latest tools.
• Experience creating courses from SME docs, presentations, scripts.
• Strong instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Excellent attention to detail with editing, organization, QA skills.
