Associate Instructional Designer

📋 Description

• Develop and launch digital content, with an emphasis on just-in-time learning that can be produced
• Build learning content across diverse modalities including e-learning, video, job aids
• Own the end-to-end process and timeline for your assigned scope, including entry of content into
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting, scripting, media creation, and quality assurance, applying
• Interview internal subject matter experts and synthesize concepts.
• Write course content, including expository text, scripts for animated and testimonial videos

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in content development, technical writing or online instructional design.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) or a comparable authoring tool.
• Working knowledge of at least one enablement or learning platform (WorkRamp, Highspot, WhatFix, or
• Comfort designing in Canva or an equivalent visual design tool.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in a design, content, or media production workflow.
• Ability to convert complex, technical information into easy-to-understand formats.
