Associate IT infrastructure Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and manage Meraki infrastructure across global offices using the Meraki Dashboard
• Troubleshoot and resolve office network issues, including Wi-Fi, switching, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, and
• Manage ISP relationships, including circuit procurement, installs, renewals, SLAs, outage
• Plan and execute office network builds, moves, and refreshes with Facilities and Security
• Design, deploy, and operate Zero Trust and network security infrastructure (Cloudflare Zero
• Monitor network health and capacity, respond to incidents, and drive root cause fixes

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in network, infrastructure, or IT engineering
• Strong networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, TLS, VPN, proxy, firewall) and
• Hands-on experience managing Meraki or comparable enterprise network infrastructure
• Experience working with ISPs and carriers, including circuit management and outage escalation
• Hands-on experience with enterprise AI or LLM platforms (Gemini, Claude or similar), including
• Proficiency in a scripting or programming language (Python, Bash, JavaScript) and experience
