Associate IT Operations Engineer

📋 Description

• Provide end-user support for PCs, laptops, POS, iPads, printers, and VoIP devices.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
• Assist with infrastructure support: servers, networking, wireless, and connectivity.
• Monitor incidents via the IT helpdesk; escalate as needed.
• Perform routine testing and monitoring to support security, reliability, and performance.
• Travel up to 40% to provide tech support across locations.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred.
• Up to two years of IT support experience or training.
• Understanding of hardware, software, networking, and end-user tech.
• Familiarity with PCs, laptops, mobile devices, POS, servers, and network gear.
• Basic knowledge of network troubleshooting (Ethernet and fiber).
• Experience with system monitoring tools is a plus.
