Associate IT Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Front-line IT support at Cribl’s SF HQ; face of IT to VIPs and stakeholders.
• Support Criblanians worldwide with hardware provisioning and access.
• Support SF office 3-4 days/week in person; AV and events focus.
• Onboard new hires and handle offboarding; document KB workflows.
• Serve as a backup to local Workplace support staff.
• Execute projects to automate/integrate Cribl systems; on-call duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience supporting users in a cloud environment.
• Familiarity with OKTA group management, configuration, integration and provisioning.
• Familiarity with AWS provisioning and role management.
• Experience supporting cloud productivity tools: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Experience with MDM suites such as JAMF and InTune.
• Mac and Windows support experience.
• Experience with AI tools and platforms such as Glean, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT.
