Associate IT System Administrator

📋 Description

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network equipment across Windows
• Administer Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and user access
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, and resolve issues quickly
• Manage patching and vulnerability remediation across systems and endpoints
• Maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes, and test them on a regular
• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for hardware, software, and network issues

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in systems administration or a similar IT role
• Strong working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls
• Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) and backup solutions
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently
