📋 Description

• Coordinate and prioritize training for org, functions, Brand Teams, Field Teams, focusing on
• Develop integrated Learning Journeys from needs analysis to design, content, rollout and scaling.
• Partner with Commercial org to analyze learning needs and create practical solutions.
• Roll out coaching excellence sustainability concept as a continuous learning offering in CEX
• Manage external stakeholders with time, budget and measurable results.
• Measure impact and report KPIs, insights and learnings for business and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in business, life sciences, pharma, HR/People dev, psychology or similar, or
• Additional qualifications in Learning & Development (Instructional Design, Performance
• Strong knowledge of digital learning formats, platforms and modern learning technologies.
• Strategic thinking with business and performance focus; align learning strategy with sales
• Experience working with stakeholders in matrix organizations and with internal/external partners
