Associate Legal Commercial and Product Counsel

📋 Description

• Independent contributor on the EMEA Commercial Legal Team for complex SaaS negotiations
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, SaaS agreements, DPAs, SLAs, and partner contracts
• Partner with Product Managers, designers, and developers across the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to drive growth and trust
• Apply indemnification, liability limits, IP, security, AI and privacy standards
• Develop templates, playbooks, and AI-enabled workflows; train teams

🎯 Requirements

• Be tech-savvy with a keen interest in how our SaaS works
• Minimum 3 years global licensing experience in late-stage startup or early-stage public SaaS
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements
• Experience working directly with clients and internal sales teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Global company experience; nimble solutions to unique issues
