Associate Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day Data Privacy matters across Legend
• Develop and strengthen Privacy frameworks including ROPA, international data transfers
• Partner with teams to embed Privacy into new initiatives and product support
• Support broader legal workstreams including commercial agreements and employment matters
• Identify opportunities to improve Privacy processes and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with approximately 1–3 years PQE in
• Practical Data Privacy / Data Protection experience (ROPA, international data transfers
• Interest in building Data Privacy as a specialism
• Strong commercial judgement and communication skills
• Proactive, curious approach and ability to take ownership
• Experience in technology, digital, SaaS, gaming or data-rich international business (advantageous)
