Associate Legal Counsel

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day Data Privacy matters across Legend, providing practical advice to teams across our
• Develop and strengthen our Privacy frameworks, including ROPA, international data transfers
• Partner with teams across the business to embed Privacy into new initiatives and product support
• Support broader Legal workstreams, including commercial agreements, employment matters and other
• Make things better, identifying opportunities to improve Privacy processes, guidance and ways of

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with approximately 1–3 years PQE, gained
• Practical Data Privacy / Data Protection experience, with knowledge of areas such as ROPA
• A genuine interest in building Data Privacy as your specialism, while continuing to develop broader
• Strong commercial judgement and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex legal
• A proactive, curious approach, comfortable taking ownership, researching unfamiliar issues and
• Experience within technology, digital, SaaS, gaming or another data-rich international business
