📋 Description

• Review, draft and negotiate customer and supplier agreements using templates.
• Partner with stakeholders to provide practical, commercial legal advice during contracting.
• Build relationships with Commercial, Product and Marketing to navigate legal risk.
• Explain legal advice clearly, balancing opportunities with risk in projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales or equivalent) with ~1–3 PQE in commercial/corporate/tech.
• Strong grounding in commercial law; experience drafting and negotiating agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain complex concepts clearly.
• Commercial mindset balancing legal risk with pragmatic business solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions.
• Proactive, take ownership while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Exposure to gaming regulation is advantageous but not essential.
