📋 Description

• Advise on various legal issues relating to company business practices.
• Review, draft, and assist in negotiating contracts and policies.
• Assist with regulatory compliance issues.
• Review and update confidentiality agreements.
• Assist in developing legal training materials.
• Provide support in maintaining executed agreements and corporate documents.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctorate is required.
• Licensed attorney in good standing to practice law in the United States.
• Bachelor's Degree required; engineering/technical degrees are a plus.
• Strong analytic, critical thinking and sound judgment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
