📋 Description

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements, including vendor, service, marketing
• Identify contractual risks, recommend appropriate mitigation measures, and escalate key issues to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent completed legal qualification.
• Active membership in the relevant Bar Association.
