Associate, Loan Servicing

📋 Description

• Record new loans and customers in WSO (C&I, commercial/RE, participations, ABL)
• Process originations and agency for re-syndicated loans
• Provide loan admin/servicing for commercial and healthcare ABL loans
• Process receipt and distribution of loan payments and fees in WSO
• Generate and send loan transaction notices to customers
• Respond to servicing questions from internal and external customers

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred
• 2+ years of commercial loan or financial processing experience
• Proficient with technology-based systems and applications
• Highly organized, detail oriented, team player, strong time mgmt
• Excellent client service; strong verbal and written communication
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and meet deadlines with accurate docs
