Associate, Loan Setup

📋 Description

• Obtain mortgage docs by ordering reports, surveys, appraisals, and titles with confidentiality
• Communicate with Loan Officers and borrowers to gather information or clarify documents
• Identify problems by highlighting deficiencies and notifying underwriting
• Prepare loan files by reviewing applications and submitting to underwriting
• Manage pipeline and follow up on documentation to meet product requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to obtain and decipher AUS findings (DU and LP)
• Experience in mortgage processing, loan setup, documentation, closing, and underwriting
• Experience working with Loan Officers and Borrowers on active mortgage pipelines
• Maintain an active pipeline of 35-40 first mortgage loans at a time
• First-time submission rate of 70% after 3 months
• Pass SAFE Act tests (National and Missouri) with two attempts
