🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Business, Economics, Psychology, or Business Engineering.
• Internship or working student experience valued.
• Strong client focus and resilience under pressure.
• Self-starter with initiative and excellent communication.
• Fluent Polish (C2) and English; German at C1+.
