Associate Machine Learning AI Engineer

📋 Description

• Release production tools prioritized by business impact.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
• Build headless, API-first tools invocable by humans or AI.
• Pair-program in an AI-paired development environment.
• Document reusable patterns and tool contracts to scale.
• Develop internal tooling and FinOps cost-optimization for AI usage.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Eng, Data Science, or related field, or equivalent.
• Experience using Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot Workspace.
• Strong Python fluency for data manipulation and APIs.
• Proficiency in an additional language: TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Java, or C#.
• API design knowledge (REST, JSON I/O) and Git basics.
• Token-cost awareness for LLMs, including prompt caching and model selection.
