• Manage a portion of the Attendee Experience team through clear direction, consistent expectations

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in the meetings and events industry, specifically in operations.
• At least 1 year of direct people management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event formats and an understanding of event operations and onsite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both internal and client-facing settings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and
