📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and operations professionals.
• Own key operating processes, including forecasting, business reviews, KPI reporting, pipeline
• Translate business priorities into practical workflows, metrics, and execution plans.
• Lead complex analyses and cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation.
• Improve reporting accuracy, data quality, automation, documentation, and process scalability.
• Identify performance gaps, determine root causes, and drive actionable recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in business operations, sales operations, strategy, analytics, consulting
• Experience leading or mentoring analysts, operations professionals, or cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data and processes to
• Experience building or improving reporting, forecasting, dashboards, planning processes, or
• Excellent communication, organization, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or a high-growth environment is preferred.
