📋 Description

• Oversee Data Center Operations to ensure 24/7 uptime
• Lead a team of technicians, training and development
• Maintain mechanical and electrical systems across the data center
• Manage purchasing and inventory for data center assets
• Identify and resolve time-sensitive issues under pressure
• Collaborate with IT, Networking, and software teams on improvements

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in critical infrastructure
• Background in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
• Strong leadership and hands-on technical experience
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems
• IT infrastructure maintenance experience is a plus
• Must live within 1 hour commute from site
