• Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment within the team, guiding and mentoring consultants

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed Master’s Degree
• At least 5-7 years experience within a consultancy firm
• Network at relevant transport and/or energy companies
• Good view of the developments in the market and the impact on actors in the value chains
• Background in strategic analysis, strategy development and/or organizational transformation
• Capability in selling and delivering innovative strategy consulting engagements
