Associate Manager, Finance Data Operations

📋 Description

• Lead and mentor the Finance Data Operations team.
• Oversee data interfaces between Salesforce, CLM, NetSuite, and data warehouses.
• Validate critical sales, billing, and pricing data before cycles.
• Ensure contract administration aligns with financial schedules and pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Billings, Revenue, and Accounting.
• Identify opportunities to automate data validation and document SOPs.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in finance data operations or related field.
• Global or multinational B2B experience preferred.
• Degree in Information Systems, Commerce, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• Strong data hygiene and governance; knowledge of sales, revenue, billings.
• Hands-on with Salesforce and/or CLM; NetSuite or similar ERP.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data reconciliation; BigQuery experience.
