Associate Manager, Hardware Test Engineering

📋 Description

• Lead and coach a small hardware test team (HW Engs and QA testers).
• Develop, execute, and review hardware test plans from specs.
• Assign daily lab work, data collection, troubleshooting, and reports.
• Review data and perform root-cause analysis; communicate risks.
• Improve test methods, fixtures, and data collection processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, and QA.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Materials/Electrical/Manufacturing Eng or related.
• 6+ years hands-on hardware testing and quality engineering experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising engineers, testers, or lab staff.
• Strong hands-on mechanical problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience developing/executing hardware test plans from requirements.
• Experience analyzing test data, identifying trends, and communicating findings.
